Upon termination, rmc88 will conduct a review of the Account balance. Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Member, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to rmc88. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.
rmc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rmc88 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered to the Member's Account. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication.
